Consolidated Husky Junior

The aircraft above is Consolidated Model 14 Husky Jr. the first model with the short-lived bathtub type cockpit design and Warner Scarab engine, built in November 1928. Major Reuben Fleet designed and built this aircraft under the auspices of the Consolidated aircraft company. When Consolidated got cold feet, Fleet started his own company and had Consolidated build them for him. The plane was a success and Consolidated bought Fleet out.  The plane below is variation number 3, featuring a Wright J-6 5 cylinder engine.
