Hotchkiss Armoured Car 1909

Powered by a 60 hp gasoline engine, sporting 1/4" armour and a 7.9 mm Hotchkiss machine gun, four of these were built for the Sultan of Turkey just before the Young Turk revolution. Unfortunately for him, they fell into the hands of the revolutionaries, assisting in the overthrow of his government.
Looking at it a hundred years later, I have to say it looks like an armoured vehicle best suited to retreating.

So, Hotchkiss would have enjoyed better sales from the French Army?

Not much protection for the two drivers nor the radiator as well!
